I’ve been using Glenn Kohler as my personal virtual coach for over six months and it’s been easy and so helpful!  We connect using Duo or Zoom – usually I am on my phone so I can move it around easily and he’s on his tablet or computer so he can see what I am doing more clearly.  I invested just a small amount of money in equipment using his guidance.  I bought weights, bands, a mat and an exercise ball.  We use regular household items for the rest of the workout.  For example, I use the stairs for push ups and squats! 
I highly recommend Glenn as a personal trainer and can attest that his skills and guidance translate easily to remote trainings  I get the personal attention, accountability, ideas, motivation and personal touch, all at an affordable price without leaving my house.   Doing this has helped me stay on track with my workouts easily!  Feel free to reach out to me for any questions you might have about my virtual training experience or about how Glenn makes it so worthwhile.

I don’t like to “workout.” I get bored easily and, after a couple of months of doing the same fitness routine, I start looking for something new to engage and energize me. I found Glenn Kohler and Kohler Fitness four years ago, when a friend suggested that I might like a kettle bell workout — and I haven’t  been bored since. Glenn incorporates kettle bells and so much more into workouts that change and that challenge me every time we work out together.  I look forward to my twice-weekly sessions with Glenn (and his canine assistant Logan the golden retriever). And in the time that we’ve been working together, I’ve gotten substantially stronger, fitter and healthier, too.

 A workout with Glenn is never boring and never the same thing twice in a row. He is always changing up routines to keep our sessions from hitting a rut, cycling in a vast array of exercises---including many that he invented---based on my current level of conditioning and ability. For many years I have had a goal of traveling and hiking/walking some of the great destinations of the world.  In order to do this I knew I needed to be in better shape than my current condition.  Now in my late 40's, it was time for me to get serious about my goals and take my fitness more seriously.  I chose Glenn to help me reach my goals because I knew he would be a great match for me. Glenn is always encouraging and thoughtful in his training.  He comes up with different exercises to keep my interest up which adds a level of fun to my workouts.  He always starts our sessions by asking me how I feel and if anything is bothering me that day. It has been a year since I started training with Glenn and I feel better now than I did in my 20's. I'm glad Glenn to helping me reach my goals so I can fit for the rest of my life!
PS - It's a bonus having Logan as my workout buddy too!

I have been working out with Glenn Kohler for the past four years.  Although I enjoy competitive sports and running, working out with weights was never on my radar.   Glenn changed my mind on how to approach weight lifting and training altogether.  Glenn is very conscious about making sure his clients workout within their own abilities.  His balanced and diverse approach to cardiovascular and weight training continues to motivate me each session that I am with him.  And after four years I feel that I am in the best physical and mental shape in my life.  Thanks Glenn!
