I don’t like to “workout.” I get bored easily and, after a couple of months of doing the same fitness routine, I start looking for something new to engage and energize me. I found Glenn Kohler and Kohler Fitness four years ago, when a friend suggested that I might like a kettle bell workout — and I haven’t  been bored since. Glenn incorporates kettle bells and so much more into workouts that change and that challenge me every time we work out together.  I look forward to my twice-weekly sessions with Glenn (and his canine assistant Logan the golden retriever). And in the time that we’ve been working together, I’ve gotten substantially stronger, fitter and healthier, too.
