I started a personal training exercise program with Glenn initially to rehabilitate from a serious shoulder injury. When I first started working with Glenn I could not use my left arm for any kind of weight-bearing exercise and had limited range of mobility. Since I had no success with physical therapy, I was told my only other option was to have Rotator cuff surgery. After meeting with Glenn and indicating I did not want to have surgery, Glenn was confident he could create a personal training program to rebuild my shoulder over time. As true to his word, Glenn’s extensive expertise in strength training exercise and holistic healing, gave me a chance to improve and strengthen my shoulder without having to have surgery!
Glenn initially concentrated in strengthening the muscles in my arm, shoulder and back, while balancing a full body workout to meet my lifestyle needs. Thanks to Glenn’s personal training program I gained 99% of my shoulder strength back. As a result, I was soon able to fully support myself in push-ups and various weight bearing exercises. I was so happy to have been able to rehabilitate my arm back to full mobility, under Glenn’s guidance!
As I became stronger and more confident in my workouts, Glenn introduced many more advanced techniques into my personal training program. My favored exercise by far, has been the use of kettle bells for strength training. I had never heard of kettlebells before working out with Glenn, and due to his expert teaching method this relatively unknown exercise device became a staple in my program before Kettlebells had gained popularity.
I credited my successful shoulder rehabilitation to Glenn’s personally designed training program. Not only did I obtain real results, I decided to combine Glenn’s personal training in to my fitness/well being program going forward. I am grateful, that I decided to trust in Glenn’s personal training program eight years ago and highly recommend Glenn!
