I have been working out with Glenn Kohler for the past four years. Although I enjoy competitive sports and running, working out with weights was never on my radar. Glenn changed my mind on how to approach weight lifting and training altogether. Glenn is very conscious about making sure his clients workout within their own abilities. His balanced and diverse approach to cardiovascular and weight training continues to motivate me each session that I am with him.
